Questions

Which hub to choose, what a Super Follow does, and what the plans cost.

The basics

What is hub.Best?

hub.Best is the directory of the .best hubs: shop.best, brands.best, pros.best, creators.best, hotels.best, restaurants.best, spas.best and investors.best. Each one gives a business an official page at an address that names its trade, such as hotels.best/yourname. You pick the hub that fits and start there.

Who is behind hub.Best?

internet.Best, an ICANN-accredited domain registry that has operated the .best top-level domain since 2018. The hubs are published by PREMLEAD SAS, the company behind internet.Best.

Which hub should I choose?

The one that names what you do: shop.best for a shop, hotels.best for a hotel, restaurants.best for a restaurant, spas.best for a spa, pros.best for a professional or a local service, brands.best for a brand, creators.best for a creator, investors.best for an investor. Every hub has the same features and the same plans.

Your hub

What is a hub page?

Your business's page on its hub: its name, what it does, and every link that matters — shop, channels, bookings, press — in one place, at one address. It replaces the handful of profile URLs on domains the business does not control.

How do I build one?

You describe it. Write a sentence or two about the business and what you want on the page, and the hub page is generated from it: layout, sections and links. You can then edit anything it produced, with another prompt or by hand.

What is the difference between the two addresses?

hub.best/yourname is a page on the hub, free forever. yourname.hub.best is your own address on it, from Pro: shorter to say, and it reads as your page rather than one of ours. Here hub.best stands for the hub you choose: shop.best/yourname on Starter, yourname.shop.best from Pro.

Why does an address with “best” in it help?

People ask an assistant for the best hotel, the best restaurant, the best shop. On a .best hub, the word in their question is already in your address, and what you are, what you offer and where to find you sit on one page an assistant can read.

Super Follow

What is a Super Follow?

The one action a customer takes on your page. Instead of following an account inside a platform, the follow is held against your business's address, so the audience stays with the business rather than with whichever app it was collected in.

How is that different from following a business on a platform?

A platform follow is a row in someone else's database. It stops working when the platform declines, changes its algorithm, changes its rules or changes hands, and it cannot move to another app with you. A Super Follow is held at your address, so the list stays with you.

Can I write to my Super Followers?

Yes, on Premium. You write from your page and it arrives in each Super Follower's super box, with no feed ranking it. Pro adds private links: rows on your page that stay shut until a customer Super Follows, and open for them when they do.

Plans and pricing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Starter is free forever: a page at hub.best/yourname, with unlimited links and the Super Follow button on it.

What do the paid plans cost?

Pro is €5/month and Premium is €10/month, both billed annually. The prices are the same on every hub.

Do you take a cut of what the business earns?

No. There are no per-click fees and no revenue share. What the business makes through the links on its page is its own.

What happens to my page if I stop paying?

Starter is free forever, so your page always has a home at hub.best/yourname.
